Embroidered polos, fleeces and hi-vis for Leicester businesses. No minimum order. A price back within the hour. Your logo is digitised once for £20, and every reorder after that is free of it.
Where we are
Our workshop is in Blaby, just south of Leicester. The stitching happens on our own machines. Your order is not passed to a trade supplier and handed back a fortnight later.
We are a workshop rather than a shop, so there is no counter to call in at. Everything goes out on tracked UK delivery.
From Blaby we cover Leicester and the towns around it: Oadby, Wigston, Braunstone, Glenfield, Birstall, Syston, Thurmaston, Enderby, Narborough, Countesthorpe, Glen Parva and Whetstone. Between us we have over forty years in the trade.
What we can put your logo on
Polos, t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts. Softshells, fleeces, jackets and gilets. Hi-vis vests, jackets and trousers. Caps, beanies, aprons and bags.
We stock Gildan, Pro RTX, Regatta, Result and others. Have a look through the full catalogue, or just tell us the job and we will suggest something that suits it.
Names and job roles under the logo cost nothing extra once your logo is on file. Useful for site teams and anyone who needs to be identifiable.
Embroidery or print?
Embroidery is not always the right answer. We will tell you when it isn’t.
| What you want doing | What we would use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Logo on the left chest of a polo or fleece | Embroidery | Hard-wearing, smart, survives industrial washing |
| Name or role under the logo | Embroidery | No extra cost per garment once the logo is on file |
| Large, detailed artwork across the back | Big embroidery is heavy, stiff and expensive | |
| Photographic image, or a lot of colours | DTG or DTF print | Embroidery cannot reproduce fine gradients |
| Small run of tees for an event | Cheaper at low volumes |
Embroidery, screen printing, DTG, DTF and heat transfer vinyl all happen here. The recommendation is about what suits the job.
Who we work with
Most of our work is for local businesses kitting out staff:
- Construction, electrical, plumbing and groundworks firms — hi-vis, softshells and polos that survive a site.
- Cleaning and facilities companies — branded polos and tabards, often with new starters joining mid-contract.
- Care homes and social care teams — tunics and polos, names embroidered underneath.
- Hauliers, couriers and garages — workwear that takes a hot wash and keeps its shape.
- Pubs, cafés and shops — aprons, tees and polos front of house.
- Clubs, schools and charities — kit, leavers hoodies and event tees.
If your trade is not on that list it does not matter. If it goes on a garment, we can put your logo on it.
What it costs
Digitising your logo costs £20. That is turning your artwork into a stitch file — the path the needle follows. It is done once. After that the file sits on our system and every reorder is free of that charge. On larger orders we can usually reduce the £20.
Artwork setup for printing is free.
Garment prices depend on the item, the quantity and how many places you want decorated. That is why we quote rather than publish one figure. The quote comes back within the hour.
Send us the details and we will price it.
What is the minimum order?
There isn’t one.
Ten polos for a small team. Three fleeces for a new site. One jacket for a new starter. All normal orders here.
How long it takes
Five to ten working days from the moment you approve the artwork.
- You send your logo and tell us what you need.
- We come back with a price within the hour.
- We produce a digital proof.
- You approve it.
- It goes on the machines, then out on tracked delivery.
Nothing is stitched or printed until you have signed off the proof.
If you are up against it, ask about express. We will tell you honestly whether we can make your date.
Winter kit: get the logo done before you need it
Softshells, fleeces, bodywarmers, lined jackets, and hi-vis over the top of all of it. The rush comes the week the weather turns, and that is the worst time to be starting from scratch.
Get your logo digitised while nothing is urgent. Then when you need six more softshells at short notice, the file already exists, the £20 is already paid, and it is a five-minute conversation.
Common questions
Can you match the logo already on our uniforms?
Usually. Send a photo of an existing garment along with your logo file. We will match size, position and thread colours as closely as we can. If your current supplier holds your stitch file, ask them for it — some will release it.
Can you do just one item?
Yes. One shirt for a new starter is a normal order.
What file should I send?
A vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) is ideal. If all you have is a JPEG or a PNG off your website, send it anyway. We will tell you straight away whether it is usable.
Can we add to an order later?
Yes. Once your logo is on file, a top-up order is quick and there is no setup charge to pay again.
Do you deliver?
Tracked UK delivery on every order.
