What file format do I need for my logo?▾

We can work from most file formats including PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, EPS, and AI. We’ll digitise your artwork for embroidery — this converts it into stitch data our machines can read. There’s no extra charge for digitisation on orders.

Is there a minimum order quantity?▾

No. We’re happy to embroider a single item or thousands — there’s no minimum order requirement. Pricing is based on stitch count and quantity, so larger orders naturally benefit from better per-unit pricing.

How long does embroidery take?▾

Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from artwork approval. We also offer express production if you need it sooner — just let us know when you get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your deadline.

Can you supply the garments as well?▾

Absolutely. We stock a huge range of garments from leading brands including Gildan, Pro RTX, Regatta, and Result. Browse our full catalogue or tell us what you need and we’ll source it for you.

Do you offer embroidery for schools and sports teams?▾

What’s the difference between embroidery and printing?▾

Embroidery uses thread stitched into the fabric, giving a raised, textured finish that’s extremely durable. Printing applies ink onto the surface and is better suited to detailed, full-colour designs or large graphics. We offer both services and can advise which is best for your project.
