These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of products and services from Bespoke Print & Embroidery. By placing an order with us, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them.

1. About Us

2. Orders

You may place an order by phone, email, WhatsApp, or through our website. All orders are subject to acceptance by Bespoke Print & Embroidery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Artwork and Design

It is your responsibility to ensure that any artwork, logos, or designs you provide are of suitable quality for the decoration method chosen. We will advise you if we believe the quality may affect the final result, but the final decision to proceed rests with you.

You must have the legal right to reproduce any artwork, logos, or designs you provide to us. Bespoke Print & Embroidery accepts no liability for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from artwork supplied by you.

We may provide digital mock-ups or proofs for your approval before production. Once you approve a proof, we cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price confirmed at the time your order is placed.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order. For new customers, payment may be required in advance. For account customers, payment is due within 28 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £200. For orders under £200, a flat delivery fee of £15 applies. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from the date production is complete. We will make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, but these are not guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and offshore locations.

7. Returns and Refunds

As all products are custom printed or embroidered to your specification, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or we have made an error in production. If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Blank, undecorated garments that have not been worn, washed, or altered may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.

8. Colours and Variations

Whilst we make every effort to ensure colour accuracy, slight variations may occur between the colours shown on screen and the final printed or embroidered product. This is due to differences in screen calibration, fabric type, and decoration method. Minor colour variations are not considered a fault.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bespoke Print & Embroidery or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bespoke Print & Embroidery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the order in question.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, postal disruptions, natural disasters, or pandemics.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bespoke Print & Embroidery and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or services, or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
